Managing Our Water Resources Sustainably:

The Roles of Youth, Education and Cooperation between Asia and Europe

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), academic conference and preceding activities will take place July 5-8 in the Chinese city of Hangzhou, famed for its West Lake, teas, mountains and gardens.

The AGM will be organized in cooperation with Zhejiang University and the Asia-Europe Foundation, and will focus on water resources and sustainability. Speakers will hail from prestigious organizations, such as Chinese Without Borders ASBL, Ghent University, Arup and Zhejiang University itself. The event will be attended by alumni of ASEFUAN, professionals and students in the areas of water resources and sustainability.

Day I – 5 July – Welcome Evening/Dinner
Day II – 6 July – Opening Ceremony with Amb Zhang & Plenary Conference
Day III – 7 July – Plenary and Parallel Workshops
Day IV – 8 July – AGM
